Whether you are trying to get fit for scuba diving, or you are trying to get fit for life, or if you are getting fit to be healthy or for vanity, the reasons are not important. You can have the whackiest idea of why you want to get fit, we will not judge.

But if you have failed, and failed miserably, I can share the reasons why you might have failed. Wanting to lose weight and be fit, is the seed that can only be materialized when you say I AM.

When I was weighing 95kg, all I got is negativity. The negativity that sprouted from others laughing at me, mentioning things like “Wow, you look pregnant”, “Good life right, you have grown fat, really fat”, “Wow, always knew you are an all-rounder, now you have outsmarted yourself. You have completed the roundness.

All the negativities did not help me get in shape, it only spiraled me further downhill, till the day I came across I AM on Youtube. I realized the only want I can overcome my negativities, is to develop I AM.

The secret of being healthy

Most people reading this blog, have failed in their choice of wanting to lose weight and be fit. Most of them have accepted their physique. You are always too busy to watch what you eat, you are often too busy to head to the gym, you will always find a “reason” why you should never be healthy.

The reason is simple. Understand this and understand how the mind works. The mind needs a reason to accomplish, the mind needs a reason to believe, the mind needs to see results to carry on being motivated.

Without the I AM mindset, you will always be left behind by your own lack of discipline. No diet, no amount of exercise, no amount of money spent on a personal trainer is going to work for you if you do not have the right mindset.

But with the most powerful 2 words in the dictionary, I AM, your life will change overnight. It has for me, and I am living proof of the power of I AM.

Yes, the mind controls the 70% / 30% of you losing weight. Once you have adjusted your mindset, the diet and exercises routine will sit in.
